By playing Solitaire World League (the "Game") you agree to these terms.
The Game
The Game is a solitaire card game with friendly duels, a world tour and Magic, the in-game currency. Opponents at the table may be computer-controlled.
Magic and purchases
Magic is a virtual item with no cash value. It can be bought in the Game through the App Store or Facebook and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. All purchases are final except where the store or the law provides a refund. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Your account
Keep your device or your linked sign-in safe: your progress is tied to them. Do not cheat, use bots, or exploit errors; we may reset results or close accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep the Game running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features.
Liability
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Selectic, Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
