This policy explains what Solitaire World League (the "Game") collects, why, and what choices you have. The Game is published by Selectic, Inc.

What we collect

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not show third-party ads and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Other players

Opponents at the table show a first name, an initial, a country and a picture. Your own account appears to others only by the name you choose, if any.

Where data is stored

On our servers with a hosting provider in the European Union, protected by encryption in transit and access controls.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, or until you delete it in the Game or ask us to. When an account is deleted, its progress, Magic, sign-ins and notification tokens are erased; purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires, without a link to the account.

Your choices and rights

You can delete your account at any time in the Game: Menu → Help → Delete account. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Game's access to your Apple ID. You can also ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@solitaireworldleague.com; include your player number (Menu → Help). We answer within 30 days.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
